There is no lose weight quick tip. It’s a lifestyle, girl. Make it a priority to avoid fast foods, eat regularly (don’t skip breakfast) and include lots of fresh vegetables, whole grains and good protein(lean meats such as chicken or fish-broiled or grilled, no fried foods). A balanced diet is key, hopefully you can find a mentor who can tell you what that is. Exercise is also key. Find something you like-dance, run, walk, sports, whatever it may be…but do it regularly. And keep good eating and exercise with you for a lifetime. 16 is too young to be overweight-hopefully you are really overweight and don’t just think you are, right?! Do this and you will lose weight quick anyway! Where is your mother?
If it is true that you do water polo 2 hours a day, I’d have to say two things: a) cross train; you need to do something different-like weight training, so that the muscle you build will enable that cardio of the water polo to be more efficient. and b) are you really eating right? what does that mean? do you drink sodas or even diet sodas?
