Has anyone experienced side effects when cutting out sugar from the diet?
I decided to cut out sweets/sugars from my diet about a week ago. It’s not super strict, in that I am still eating fruit, and some Kashi cereal which does have evaporated cane syrup. I generally do have chocolate everyday and/or a cookie/cake type of dessert so I have definately not been getting any of that for a week now. I, however, have been extremely nauseated each time I eat, and my stomach has been really agitated and achy. I have been unable to eat anything (other than cream of wheat) without feeling sick. The discomfortI lasts until I wake up the next morning…I am not sure if this is related to the low sugar diet (maybe toxins geting aggrevated?) or if it is entirely unrelated.
I’ve already seen a doctor who told me there is nothing wrong with me. I really don’t think sugar has anything to do with it, but it is the only thing that has changed in my diet in the last week, so I was curious to see if anyone else ever exerpienced anything like it.
