I want to eat some sweets but on a diet?

I’m on a diet but I want to eat cake, cookies, or icecream, or even maybe chocolate
The problem is, I ate icecream and chocolate cake on Sunday
I was planning on eating those junk only once a week.
I have movie plans this Saturday
Should I just ignore this wanting of unhealthy food?
Or should I just eat some sweets?
