Can only eating white meats(chicken,turkey) help reduce weight/maintain a healthy diet?
I try to eat a healthy diet(no sodas, fried food, and cookies, fruits instead of sweets and veggies instead of sauces and dressings) and with my meals i only eat grilled chicken and slices of turkey, and salmon occasionally. Is this a good idea to reduce weight/keep weight maintained? should i take vitamins?
