The kids I babysit have an extremely unhealthy diet. How can I ask the mother to improve it?

There fridge i packed with breads and meats. The mother is overweight, the father is overweight, and all they do to help them loose weight is buy sugar free ice cream and cookies.
An average day of food would be:
Waffles for breakfast
Oreos and Cheez-its for snack
Fruit punch if they are thirsty
Peanut butter and honey sandwich with white bread, and chicken nuggets and pizza for lunch
Ice cream and graham crackers or bannana bread cupcakes for snack
Pasta and corndogs for dinner.
Then, milk right before bed with cookies.

I have tried preparing healthier meals, but the only healthy thing I found in the fridge was strawberry’s!
NOTHING else!

Now, some of you may be going, “That’s healthy! I eat that everyday and i’m fine!” well, it’s NOT healthy because all that food is loaded with saturated fats and calories and is fried in oils and has starch!
I want to ask the mother to put some healthier food in there diet!
How do I tell her? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!
