im having a difficult time keepin it up but im very motivated to lose weight, does it get easier with the cravings and such? * and don’t tell me i can just have it in small amounts, i’ve learned that if i have one then i have to have ten

I try to eat a healthy diet(no sodas, fried food, and cookies, fruits instead of sweets and veggies instead of sauces and dressings) and with my meals i only eat grilled chicken and slices of turkey, and salmon occasionally. Is this a good idea to reduce weight/keep weight maintained? should i take vitamins?
