If I eat a bite of chocolate or a cookie that I make sure is only about 2 carbs will it mess up induction?

it helps curve my cravings and stops me from cheating, i mean compared to how many carbs i would normally eat 20 carbs is a drastic decrease. same with peanut butter, it’s low carb and i know it’s nuts but can i still lose weight if i eat a bite so i don’t cheat?
