im having a difficult time keepin it up but im very motivated to lose weight, does it get easier with the cravings and such? * and don’t tell me i can just have it in small amounts, i’ve learned that if i have one then i have to have ten

Yesterday was my dad’s surprise birthday party and I ate wayyyy too much. I’m on a diet and I work out everyday but I feel horrible For dinner, we had some yellow rice with sausage, steak, and beans.
