I need to lose some weight and quick?
Im going to new york Saturday. Im not that fat…but my mom bought a big tub of cookie dough and i ate 3 quarters of it raw. Now I gained some pounds on my thighs and a little on my tummy

and i cant stop eating junk and chocolate and lots of unhealthy stuff. At lunch during school I hardly eat anything or nothing at all b/c i know when I get home I will eat so much before dinner

I try to eat a healthy diet(no sodas, fried food, and cookies, fruits instead of sweets and veggies instead of sauces and dressings) and with my meals i only eat grilled chicken and slices of turkey, and salmon occasionally.

Is this a good idea to reduce weight/keep weight maintained? should i take vitamins
