I’m trying to lose my body fat and I mainly consist of 5 meals within of 250-280 Calories of high protein and complex carbs and daily cardio.. Though in my second meal I intake maybe 400 extra fatty/sugar calories because I get tempted eat them lol..(cookies). I want to know if that is going to affect my fat loss or is would it maintain it even if I still burn more calories than i took in??
