One minute I’m fully dedicated to losing weight & i’m doing crunches & jogging. Then the next minute I see a cookie & I think ‘oh one cookie won’t do any harm, who cares’ Then afterwards I feel guilty & promise not to do that again. Then I see more fatty foods & I eat it! I’ve been debating with people whether it’s mainly how many calories in a day that makes you lose weight, or if it’s really just what you eat (whole grains, low fat, low carb, fruits, vegetables) for example, i go by the calories. i’ll take in between 1200-1500 a day..
