People knowledgeable about diet and exercise please?

If I used to eat hamburger helped, ramen noodles, pancakes, candy, cakes, and cookies all the time, and now I’m eating better adding lots of fresh veg and fruits, etc… and water.. How much can I expect to lose like this?
