and i cant stop eating junk and chocolate and lots of unhealthy stuff.

I really need to burn a lot of calories today because of everything that I ate yesterday?

Yesterday was my dad’s surprise birthday party and I ate wayyyy too much. I’m on a diet and I work out everyday but I feel horrible For dinner, we had some yellow rice with sausage, steak, and beans.

Will having a healthy diet with a little fatty foods cause you to not lose weight? Help Please?

I’m trying to lose my body fat and I mainly consist of 5 meals within of 250-280 Calories of high protein and complex carbs and daily cardio.. Though in my second meal I intake maybe 400 extra fatty/sugar calories because I get tempted eat them lol..(cookies). I want to know if that is going to affect my fat loss or is would it maintain it even if I still burn more calories than i took in??

Can only eating white meats(chicken,turkey) help reduce weight/maintain a healthy diet?

I try to eat a healthy diet(no sodas, fried food, and cookies, fruits instead of sweets and veggies instead of sauces and dressings) and with my meals i only eat grilled chicken and slices of turkey, and salmon occasionally. Is this a good idea to reduce weight/keep weight maintained? should i take vitamins
